Quick Overview

The soft, naturally shaped AVENT nipple makes it easier to switch between breast and bottle feeding, and promotes healthy, active feeding. The built-in valve flexes with babys natural feeding rhythm and lets baby control the flow of milk, which can help reduce the risk of overeating and spit-up.

Details

The Philips AVENT Variable Flow Nipple is made of soft silicone and provides an extra fast flow and accommodates thicker liquids. Flow rate can be varied by turning the bottle to align the I, II, or III markings on the nipple with the baby's nose. The naturally shaped nipple makes it easier to transition from breast and bottle feeding and the anti-colic valve promotes active feeding and reduces fussiness and colic with less air in baby’s tummy.

Avent Variable Flow Nipple Reusable Bottle Nipple The Avent reusable bottle can reduce incidents of painful gas after feeding. The key is the unique Avent reusable nipple with the patented anti-vacuum valve. As baby feeds, the anti-vacuum valve of the nipple allows air to flow into the bottle, replacing the milk at a rate baby controls by natural reflex. This natural reflex reduces air ingestion and painful gas. The result is a happier baby with fewer incidents of discomfort after feeding.
